Annual Statistical Report Committee
Reviews and updates annual lender questionnaire; creates timeline; gathers member and non-members participant list, follows-up with participants; works closely with independent 3rd-party vendor(s); reviews / generates report, commentary and graphics and delivers to executive director for distribution.

Finance Committee (**)
Chaired by the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer. Provides oversite of revenue/income, association financial growth, finance recordation, and budget projection. Creates and delivers treasurer reports to the board and membership; manages CPA and bookkeeper relationships.

Legislative Committee (**)
Promotes advocacy for the members and marine finance community. Identifies, monitors, and evaluates legislative issues; recommends action or lobby strategies beneficial to NMLA membership; represents association on all legislative and appropriate legal issues; periodically reviews by-laws to make recommendations to board and council.
