Bill Yeargin
CEO, Correct Craft
Bill Yeargin, CEO of Correct Craft, a 98-year-old company with global operations, will be a keynote speaker at the 43rd annual National Marine Lenders Association annual lenders conference this September. Under Bill’s leadership, Correct Craft has developed
a unique culture of “Making Life Better” and recognized by one publication as being “on an aggressive improvement path, the likes of which the marine industry has never seen.'’
Bill currently serves on the Board of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Council of 100, and is board Chair of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). He served both the Obama and Trump administrations on cabinet-level advisory
councils and actively represents both his company and industry on national and state issues.
Bill has been recognized with many of the marine industry’s top awards including Boating Industry's “Mover and Shaker of the Year.” Florida Trend magazine has recognized Bill as one of “Florida’s Most Influential Business Leaders” and he is an Orlando
Business Journal “CEO of the Year’ Bill was also presented the “Governor’s Business Ambassador Medal” by the Governor of Florida.
A prolific writer, Bill has been published hundreds of times and has authored five books including the best seller Education of a CEO: Lessons for Leaders.
Don Parkhurst

Don Parkhurst, Senior Vice President and Marine Credit Manager at M & T Bank, has 42 years of banking and marine lending experience that has earned him recognition as an expert in marine and RV lending. Don has been interviewed on CNBC, in the Wall
Street Journal, and by American Banker.
A past president of the NMLA, Don has served as a director since 1999, and is the Chairman of the association’s Legislative Committee. Don keeps the association informed on any pending issues that could adversely impact the marine industry or the lending
community. Don, and other NMLA members, represent the association at the American Boating Congress in Washington DC each May, making sure our legislators hear our concerns.
Don managed SunTrust Bank’s Marine & RV Finance Division from 1998-2019 and he oversaw the marine division for SunTrust Bank’s predecessor, Crestar Bank, from 1993-1998. Prior to that, Don ran the consumer lending division of Continental Federal Savings
Bank.
Don earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia and is also a graduate of University of Virginia’s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
